When the Holy Spirit is removed from the earth, how will those left here on earth be given the Spirit? I understand that when the church is removed from the earth, so will the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit is never removed from the earth. The Church is, but not the Holy Spirit. When the Bible speaks about "...the secret power of lawlessness is already at work; but the one who now holds it back will continue to do so till he is taken out of the way"
[2 Thessalonians 2:7]. The actual Greek word here means "stepping aside" -- to allow the Antichrist to appear.
